Kolade Oyediran "Nigeria's Instrumental Ambassador" Abroad

To some, Kolade Oyediran, may be a new name, but in the indigneous sector; he has built a strong foundation in the traditional yoruba music scene. All the way from Nigeria, having started from the church from a tender age. Kolade has always had a strong passion for the arts ie. in the line of percussions.

Since the time of his childhood , he has been ordained a  head percussionist.Over the years Kolade has been privilidged to play with reputable artist such as Late Sikiru Ayinde Barister, Ebenezer Obe, King Wasiu Ayinde Marshall, Abass Akande Obesere, Dele Taiwo, Pastor Adelakun(Ayewa), Funmi Aragbaye, Tope Alabi, Mama Bola Are and Rev. Shola Rotimi .

Kola has been  nominated for "Best Indigenous Instrumentalist" at the 2011 Nigerian Promoters Association Awards taking place Sept. 2-5, 2011 in Atlanta,Georgia. Voting commences

 April 20- July 20,2011.
