Rea the "ECCLECTIC" Genius
This Sonorous Female Singer REA(Rachael Azubike @Hysrea on twitter), is one of the newest acts to make Alternate music more appealing in the Nigerian Music Industry. A native of Imo State
Gifted with strong lyrics an ear for melody, she is reminiscent of artistes like Asa and Nneka. Her style depicts a eclectic vibe for the matured minds .
REA currently has two singles on rotation CROWDED and HYSTERIA from her yet to be released debut album Hysteria Lane . Both songs showcase the versatility of the artiste.
CROWDED is a head banging rock song that tells the tale of love gone sour (just incase you can’t disentangle yourself from the hypnotic melody).
HYSTERIA is more calypso and groovy also about flames of passion.
Prior to the release of the singles, she was on Season 2 of "The Debaters",one of the best intellectual reality TV Shows, sponsored by GT Bank, Inspire Africa & Moments with Mo.
She recently performed @ The Nigerian Telecom Awards 2011, VALUCHI Fashion & Style Event, The Calabar carnival and Star Trek.
Rea is the future of Nigerian entertainment. She will be performing at Ovacom Media’s Nigerian Launch Party slated for Thursday Dec 8 at The Place (45 Isaac John Street, GRA-Ikeja) Lagos.

Introducing DJ Chascolee
Its been a long, exciting and funfilled ride to today and rather exciting to be known nationally and respected as a deejay in Nigeria.
With the recent out-burst of numerous disc jockeys, only a few stand out, of course our review separates DJ Chascolee from the plethora of slapdash DJs. Chascolee has been able to infuse his vast education into the mathematics of "DeeJaying", his musical rotation is very calculated; in the club, you will just keep dancing for hours and subsequently scream at a switch of music, of course he knows what tickles your fancy. The ability for a DJ to know the right song to play at the right time gives him profoundness while Chascolee's profundity is founded in the inspiration he gets from his audience he raves with.
He is Egbom Cyprian Chibuike but we know his popular name to be DJ Chascolee, the DJ was born June 22, hails from Imo State. His nursery and primary education was in Imo State, secondary in Lagos State while Tertiary in Oyo State (Ibadan). Cyprian is a true definition of a gentle man with huge respect for his female fans. He is single but engaged.
His resume speaks volume, Chascolee claims to have worked in about 90% of clubs in Lagos and garnered massive experience that works for him. The list bellow are fourteen clubs in Lagos he had previously worked:
"Options nite club, Picolomodo nite club, Page nite club, Ad grotto, Metro park, Y-not, Lakase, Insomnia, D place, Bacchus, Planet one, Black pearl, Jamzbase nite club and Movida nite club".
If you wanna catch him spin the turn table then you better be at the classy "Bungalow" on Saturdays and "Tribeka" on Thursdays. "The turn table wonder" as sweetpikin concept chooses to call him, is extending his artistry into a creation of his DJ album titled, "commercial mix tape", this work gathers over 70 artist, "wow!" this is massive. DJ Chascolee has two hit singles enjoying airplay at the moment, viz: "E DON TEY(Vector, Harrison, Shogon)", "DANTILE (Nowezi, Escalante, Kage and Biglo). The album will feature artist like Tuface, Baba dee, Asha, Drama, Seantero, Tetula, Sultan, Artquake, Terry G, Mudina, Side one, Dagrin, Yemi sax, Sheyman, Spiderman, 9ice, and some artist from Ghana, South Africa, UK and Potorico.
A DJ like Chascolee would not have a complete journey thus far without showing off his list of awards. He has won the best DJ awards at the Ikeja city awards in 2006, 2007, 2008, also beast DJ city people in Lagos, Dynamix awards, 2009, Hip Hop and Global excellence awards. In 2010, he was recognised at the Medianite award, 2010, as the outstanding DJ of the year. He furthers his award caps with "Tush awards", "Nigeria entertainment awards" ,"Nigeria fashion entertainment awards" and more.

Dynamix show, miss unilag, M2, City people show, Global Excellence awards, Kennis music Easter Fiester, Storm Records show, Power Horse event, next movie star and Big brother Nigeria. He also played for MTN Fan Park in Lagos during the FIFA world cup 2010, Setraco Nigeria Ltd event, Hennessey club tour 2010, felabration 2010, lead awards 2010, Nigeria Fashion Entertainment awards 2011, Peak awards 2011, Nigeria Entertainment award at Jamzbase Lagos 2011 and many more.
One serious question is how would you decribe DJ Chascolee? Well, we call him a DJ// Artist// Artist manager// Event manger// Record label owner// Music consultant. When you hear Djchascolee entertainment or Suspect records then you have met the owner.

Introducing "Duphills Make-over" Future of Makeup Artistry
Duphills Makeover is the official "MAKEUP ARTIST" for the Ovacom Media Nigerian Launch Party taking place on Thursday Dec. 8, 2011 in Lagos, Nigeria.

Olabisi Agbede is the CREATIVE DIRECTOR/CEO of DUPHILLS MAKEOVER.
In her late 20s, the graduate of mass communication from the Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye, Ogun State, is also a trained and qualified makeup artist.
Having worked as a consultant with a private immigration consulting firm for over 3yrs, she moved on to set up her private makeover studio called DUPHILLS MAKEROVER, now widely known as one of the best in the country.
DUPHILLS MAKEOVER, with its tentacles spread across the country, has worked on many brides as well as supporting makeup artist at fashion shows. The company has also successfully handled makeup for several high profile events including the recently held Gbenga Adeyinka's LAFFMATAZZ at Jogor Centre, Ibadan, Oyo State. It is also billed for the 2011 Next Movie Star produced by Sola Fajobi.
DUPHILLS, with its door wide open, is poised to nurture more talents, particularly aspiring makeup artists in the fast-growing beauty industry in Nigeria, using the DUPHILLS MAKEOVER INSTITUTE.
Already, the institute has trained several youths in the country and has received several laurels both at home and abroad.

Miss Africa Tri State: Impact, Projects, and Values

Miss Africa Tri-State pageant is a graceful, elaborate, and the most publicized African beauty pageant in the Tri-State area of the United States. It is an avenue to showcase the beauty of Africa at its best. The objective of the organization is to empower and encourage young African females in New Jersey, New York, Maryland, Connecticut, Delaware, and Philadelphia on the importance of using their power and voice to advocate and support humanitarian causes as goodwill ambassadors.
MISS AFRICA Tri-State winner would be representing Africa at large at various events and foundations; she would be a good role model for young African girls in her community, in Africa, United States, and everywhere in the world.
Subsequently, On June 11th, 2011, The annual event went live in New Jersey attracting the nation's top corporate executives and entrepreneurs, making it the perfect venue for networking and deal making in a relaxed environment. South African beauty; Yolanda Masinga was crowned Miss Africa Tri-State at one of the most talked about ceremony in the Tri-State area till date.
Within her short reign as the Queen, Yolanda has contributed a lot to her community and has helped support good foundations and organizations in making life easier for human kind. To empower young African females to have confidence in their power to change the world.
However, in their efforts to support African’s back home in eradicating poverty, improving way of living, and encouraging the privileged one’s abroad to support the less fortunate brother’s and sisters in Africa. Miss Africa Tri State have joined forces with Sandji Community Development Corp. in an event tag Benefit Fundraising Dinner Gala together to support this causes in different parts of Africa, following the slogan “building Africa one village at a time”.
