Nollywood Legends Bukky Wright and Bolaji Amusan(Mr Latin) to Host 2012 NPA Awards

LAGOS, NIGERIA- May 1, 2012- The Nigerian Promoters Awards (NPA) is gathering momentum and scores of entertainment practitioners are currently gearing up for the annual awards.

The NPA Entertainment Awards is an event to recognize, celebrate and to further promote African entertainers based in the United States of America and in Diaspora.   

This years edition of the awards is planned to be bigger and better. The event will take place in Houston Texas, U.S.A.

The event will hold on the 25th to 27th of MAY, 2012, and it will coincide with the “Memorial weekend”.



As a build up to the awards, there will also be a gathering of entertainment professionals.

The gathering will come in the form of a summit where entertainment administrators who are members and non-members of NPA such as: promoters, music producers, event planners, record label companies, artiste managers, Deejays, media personalities, film producers, fashion designers, arts and sports executives come together to
deliberate on ways to better improve the standards of Pan African Entertainment industry particularly in the North America by the year 2020.
  
About NPA and its 'Networking Vision'

The NPA event is designed to create a networking platform where attendees will meet and share ideas among other things.

One of the aims of the event is also to preserve the African cultural heritage. The event is also a template to exhibit and promote various works of both locals and Africans in the United States of America, thus broadening networking beyond boarders and defining new markets for creative arts and entertainment business.

Atlanta based King Rokan revealed that the video which was directed by Faronbi and Bishop promises to wow its viewer with crisp pictures, breathtaking scenes and a  mind blowing  concept.

"I wouldn't like to let out the concept of the video for now as I want fans to see it themselves when they eventually watch the video, says King Rokan.

"All I can say for now is that the concept is out of this world because you will see me and 2face in the form that you have never seen before." He added.
